Refund Policy
Last updated 2026-08-24
We stand behind the translation output itself. Because you (or your designated bilingual signer) sign the certification, the signer — not us — is the certifying party a reviewing authority holds accountable, and we can't guarantee that any agency will accept a filing. What we can guarantee is the quality of what the engine delivers.
We'll redo it or refund it when the output is defective
Within 60 days of delivery, if your translation has any of the following, we will redo it at no charge or, at your option, refund the purchase price for the affected document(s):
- Material incompleteness — legible fields, dates, seals, stamps, or notes from your original that the translation omits.
- Demonstrable translation errors — legible source text translated incorrectly.
- Formatting defects — output that is malformed or unusable as delivered (broken certification page, unreadable layout, wrong document).
What this policy doesn't cover
- Rejections by USCIS, a DMV, a university, or any other authority — acceptance depends on the underlying filing, the signer, and reviewer discretion, none of which we control.
- Issues attributable to the signer (unsigned or incomplete certification pages, signer eligibility questions).
- Text marked as illegible — the engine marks what it cannot read rather than guessing; that marking is correct behavior, not a defect.
- Name spellings that match your source document.
- Disputes about the accuracy of the source document itself, or documents you did not upload to us.
How to claim
Reply to your order email, or write to [email protected] within 60 days of delivery. Include your order number and a short description of the defect (for translation-error claims, point to the field or passage). We respond within one business day; approved redos are prioritized, and approved refunds go back to your original payment method.
